BondBuddy is made by Ahura Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 54 681 985 286), Brisbane, Australia. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the BondBuddy iPhone app and this website.

The short version

BondBuddy does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no tracking and no advertising.

Information stored on your device

Properties, rooms, condition notes, photos and PDF reports you create are stored only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see them.

Camera and photos

BondBuddy asks for camera access so you can photograph items in your rental. If you import pictures from your photo library, they are copied into the app on your device. Photos are never uploaded by the app.

Your PDF report

The PDF condition report is created on your iPhone. It only leaves your device when you choose to share it, for example by email or by saving it to Files, using the iOS share sheet. We do not receive a copy.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.

No tracking or analytics

The app contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking code, and does not require an account. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous App Store statistics, such as download counts, under its own privacy policy.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Those services may record standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests a page.

Deleting your data

You can delete a property or item inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your iPhone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
